DISPLAY FONTS

These fonts are ideals for titles and headers.

FONT · Schlop (link)

IDEA

  • Create the same title (or in this case date) in 2 different colors. Slightly offset the top layer to create a shadow affect.

  • Erase or hide the date in your digital planner and use this font to replace it for an easy way to add Halloween vibes to your day.

FONT · Halloween Night (link)

IDEA

  • A fun brush style font that would be great for short sayings like “Happy Halloween” or “Spooky Season.”

  • This is also a good font for replacing dates in your digital planners .

FONT · Halloween Guises (link)

IDEA

  • Play around with different font colors within words with this font. Like making the “a” white like a ghost and the “o” orange like a pumpkin.

  • Also great for dates.

OTHER FONTS

FONTS · Spooky Skeleton (link) · Spooky Webbie (link) · Silent Night Demo (link)

These fonts are great for spooky quotes, body text (like paragraphs and lists), and small headlines.

IDEA

  • Because these fonts aren’t as bold as those above, they’re great for replacing text in digital planners where there isn’t a lot of space to play. For example, you can replace a weekdays on a weekly spread.

  • Use these fonts to pull out quotes or important facts when taking digital notes so they stand out and are easy to find.

FONTS · Bone Lock (link) · Tricky Night (link)

IDEAS

  • All of the fonts in this section are great for lists: to-dos, groceries to buy, candy to find, books to read, etc.

  • Use dingbat fonts as list dots. Change the font color as you complete tasks.

  • Dingbat fonts can also be used as fun icons/stickers for digital planners and notebooks.

QUICK TIPS

When looking for a free font, double check that it includes the numbers and symbols that you need. Some free fonts include them all others don’t.

I use iFont to install fonts onto my iPad. For more on how to do that, check out this quick video from our Instagram page.
